ZAIKS vs Takt - Decision concerning breach behaviour in the manufacturing contract entered into by the parties.

On 5 June 2006, the Polish Court requested Takt to fulfill its obligations as forseen in its agreement with ZAIKS, i.e. to provide the authors' society with pressing informations required.

However, up to now, TAKT still denies disclosing the relevant pressing information to ZAIKS, thus preventing ZAIKS from cross-checking information from producers. TAKT operations can no longer be guaranteed.
