The Framework Reciprocal Representation Contract (RRC) is a model agreement to be concluded between BIEM societies entrusting one another with the management of their repertoire in the respective territories.

It is one of the agreements provided for in Article 2 of the BIEM Statutes.

2021 - Recommendations in form of Best Practices "the Guidelines" - adopted on 29th November 2021 - intending to draw attention to issues that could be usefully taken into account when entering into a representation contract in order to improve standards and efficiency between BIEM member societies and provide greater transparency and understanding of each other's processes and policies in light of advancements in market practices and regulation.

2008 Recommendations adopted in Rome on 5th June 2008 which establish some operational modalities between societies to ease the implementation of the country of destination principle for carriers not covered by the Standard Contract (or other relevant local agreement in so far as such agreement implements this) or AP1/AP2 agreements.
